Can't log into account for AUR [SOLVED]

Hi,

I am experiencing a strange issue, which i've never encountered before.

Today, i tried to log into my Archlinux account, to comment on a package in the AUR, but i can't log in. Oddly, I can't even type my user name to login (from the AUR login page). For some reason or another - it will only let me type 'triplesquarednin' rather than 'triplesquarednine' (with the 'e'). So basically, there isn't even enough charactor spaces for me to login properly.... But technically, i should already be logged in, as i am able to post in the forums.

Has anybody experienced this problem?

maybe a moderator could look into it, or provide me with the best way to fix the problem.

I will add (if it makes any difference) that maybe a week ago, i had to delete my firefox profile and thus ended up requesting a new password for my archlinux account. ~ is it possible that this screwed up my loggin in, properly?

any help is appreciated

I thought the AUR accounts were distinct from the forum accounts. Some of us happen to use the same name on each, but I think their separate.

I say "I think" because I can't check at the moment. I'm not even able to navigate to the AUR page - so if it is not at my end, there may be some server issue.

I am able to log in; but you are correct in that the accounts are not linked.

Are you sure you have registered an account on the AUR? If you have trouble logging in, please fire off an e-mail to the AUR mailing list.

thanks for the clarification, Karol.

(me) having deleted my firefox profile, just means i will have to go through the 'forgotten password' routine. I had thought the accounts were linked, but it was a long while ago, that i setup my accounts - so obviously i have forgotten.

EDIT: Fixed. My Username is different in AUR because it doesn't allow you to have the same amount of characters, as the forum does.
