custom dsdt - Hook 'dsdt' cannot be found.

Hi

I'm trying to use a custom dsdt table. I have a toshiba u500-12d laptop and also have overheating problems (damn you toshiba!!!).
As its said in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DS … g_the_DSDT its possible to load a custom dsdt enabling a hook however when I try to run mkinitcpio it gives an error saiyng that: ==> ERROR: Hook 'dsdt' cannot be found. .

This hook isn't supported?
Can you give me some help?

I think the wiki is outdated. If you want to use a custom dsdt you have to compile your own kernel.

Thanks, I stop using arch some time ago and didn't read this.
I'm compiling the kernel now.
