Brand new Laptop runs hot when in arch linux (Win7 works fine)

Hi

Situation
------------
New HP laptop (datasheet: http://pdfs.icecat.biz/pdf/32041854-8560.pdf )

In windows 7 everything runs fine. But on my fresh arch linux installation it feels like an airplane taking off. The fans just keep going and the air feels really warm.

$ lspci | grep VGA

The whole time it stays around these values. Even when i'm not doing "anything"

Current cpufreq governer: ondemand (most of the time running at 800MHz)

I might have done something wrong with video drivers i suppose?

PS: Is there any way I can turn OFF my radeon graphics card, just for testing purposes?
