hello, I know there have been posts before and I searched the wiki, but their answers did not help me. If my computer goes to sleep then wakes up, or if I intentionally unplug the router and plug it back in..the wireless will stop working. The only way to get it working again is to reboot my computer D:
Also, I'm using newlan for my wireless if that helps
Thank you

Anything relevant in dmesg/logs? How do you have this set up? What error messages are you getting when trying to connect?

sorry I'm a linux noob XD how do I check any logs?
For some reason my error message says:
Coryclan status: [busy]
wpa encryption failed
Now I have the password automatically enter itself when I connect so I know my Password isn't wrong, I think its just a buggy error thats caused by something else.

Perhaps it is wpa_supplicant not restarting properly, but I do not think that this is too likely because wpa_supplicant is usually reliable. Please post the output of dmesg right after resuming from suspend and trying to connect to wifi, or the output of
tail /var/log/dmesg
This should give some more detail to the problem. The other thing you could try is
rc.d restart network
as this may help or throw an error.

thanks magical chicken, I will recreate the problem when I can (im using the internet atm XD) and as for the network restart, I have tried /etc/rc.d/network restart each time before already to see if that helps, but it just says that its successfull but doesn't fix the problem.
