Broadcom 4313 drivers not working

Hello all,

I have a BCM4313 on a Dell Inspiron N7010. Whenever I set my interface up, I get the following warning:

ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlan0: link is not ready
ieee80211 phy1: wl0: fifo 0: descriptor error
ieee80211 phy1: wl0: fatal error, reinitializing
ieee80211 phy1: wl0: Hardware restart was requested
ieee80211 phy1: wl0: brcms_ops_start: brcms_up() returned -19

Then, whenever I try to scan, I get this error like thirty times, and iwlist/wicd/whatever returns "no networks found."
