Filesystem on arch-bootable-usb-stick always breaks

Hi!

I have installed arch on an usb-stick with ext4, fstab has the following line:
LABEL=archusb / ext4 defaults,noatime 0 1

Nearly everything works great, but the filesystem is always broken after shutdown.
I unplug the stick only after power off, but it needs a repair every time it starts.

Any idea?
