3.4-rc4, boot failure, ERROR: unable to find root device.....

I was trying to compile 3.4-rc3 "traditional way". Compilation went fine, without any warrnings/errors. When I wanted to boot new kernel I get error message "ERROR: unable to find root device" and recovery shell poped out. I was using Arch wiki as reference. I've made initial RAM disk without any errors as well.

I've looked over the Internet and there were people with this error message, but it looks like there were experiencing this problems after system update.
I have fully updated system and I can boot "stock" Arch kernel without any problems.

(I am using Arch 64bit, Intel i3)

Anyone? I think it has something to do with initramfm, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
