problems with PANGO / GNOME

Hi

I still have problems with pango.

If I run gnome-backgroung-properties as user i get:

[chris@traumschiff ~]$ gnome-background-properties

as root it works fine.

Where have I set user permissions? I tried 777 on all pango files, but nothing helped.

My system is up to date. I use Xorg and GNOME
