cant install xfce 4.10

I currently use gnome 3 and wanting to try out xfce 4.10

These are the errors I am getting doing pacman -S xfce4

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
/usr/bin/xfce4-about exists in both 'libxfce4ui' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/share/applications/xfce4-about.desktop exists in both 'libxfce4ui' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/xfce4-logo.png exists in both 'libxfce4ui' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/bin/xfrun4 exists in both 'xfce4-appfinder' and 'xfce-utils'
/etc/xdg/xfce4/Xft.xrdb exists in both 'xfce4-session' and 'xfce-utils'
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc exists in both 'xfce4-session' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/bin/startxfce4 exists in both 'xfce4-session' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/bin/xflock4 exists in both 'xfce4-session' and 'xfce-utils'
/usr/share/xsessions/xfce.desktop exists in both 'xfce4-session' and 'xfce-utils'
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

That worked for me. Testing is uncommented in pacman.conf. Is this a bug in pacman? System is up-to-date... ?

Post your pacman.conf.
If the [testing] repo is listed first, pacman should install the packages from testing.

--ignore xfce-utils
