Hello,
After today update (arch 64 system, kernel 3.3.4-1, virtialbox 4.1.14-1) and sytem reboot I got error loading virtualbox modules
ERROR: could not insert 'vboxdrv': Invalid argument
ERROR: could not insert 'vboxnetflt': Invalid argumentAttempt to manually load module has the same result
# modprobe vboxdrv
ERROR: could not insert 'vboxdrv': Invalid argumentReinstallation does not help either
# pacman -S virtualbox-modules
warning: virtualbox-modules-4.1.14-1 is up to date -- reinstalling
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...

In order to use the new version, reload all virtualbox modules manually.
# modprobe vboxdrv

The current version is 4.1.14-2. Do a full upgrade and try again

Indeed, it seems it was the out-of-sync mirror problem. Upgrading to 4.1.14-2 resolve issue. Thanks a lot skunktrader!
