After last upgrade can't load preferences panel

Hi there, I've got a "little" problem,
after my last upgrades my system has some issues:

gnome system preferences doesn't start as well as cinnamon's
my partitions doesn't load with superuser privileges as before
my clock turn to wrong time (2 hours ahead)

(I own a notebook pavilion dv3)

Can someone help me?

1.gnome-system-settings issue has been solved with gnome-control-center 3.4.1.2 update.

2.

elaborate your issue.

Did you check this wiki article on time?
