Best software on Arch for mixing PLOO?
If you're not familiar with the Poet Laureate Infinity concept, it's a musical discipline which involves mixing lyrics over beats. Simple explanations don't really do it justice, you can see an example here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um92M0UzABg
Basically, with access to the raw vocals and separate beats, which application available on Arch would be the best to use for this purpose?

Ardour was designed for things like this. You can apply effects to the tracks individually with LADSPA plugins.
