[SOLVED] lost the touchpad and networkmanager unusable

Hi all,
I use a dell latitude E4310 laptop and after few weeks of holidays, I got back and made an update on 1st or 2nd may. This leads me to loose the use of my touchpad and I cannot change the connection with the nm-applet.
Details :
Touchpad
It seems to be still recognized and dmesg gives

[ 6.590217] input: AlpsPS/2 ALPS DualPoint TouchPad as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/input/input16

and  xinput list

⎡ Virtual core pointer id=2	[master pointer (3)]
⎜ ↳ Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ DualPoint Stick id=12	[slave pointer (2)]

NetworkManager
The problem looks like described here but, changing the line

exec ck-launch-session startxfce4

to

exec startxfce4

didn't help.

I saw that, there are people having the same problem but fixes proposed (ie: removing dbus-launch on .xinitrc) don't help me.

Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance

Re: [SOLVED] lost the touchpad and networkmanager unusable

I solved the touchpad problem by commenting these two lines :

Option "Protocol" "auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"

And I solved the networkmanager applet problem by following what is said in #8 of this thread https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=141091
