Menumaker OB3 support is back!!!

Yep, as of version 0.99.4 Openbox3 is again supported. I modified the PKGBUILD for 0.17-4 to build the latest version... The thing is, my modification sucks - it won't work with -isc, you have to use pacman -Uf, even though automatic forcing during upgrades seems to be specified in the PKGBUILD. So I hope that someone still has the PKGBUILD for the version of 0.99.x that was in the repos at one point... Anyway, I hope 0.99.4 gets put in the repo, because it promises to be extremely useful.
