you can copy a single file with
yy
and if you want to copy multiple files
ya
for every next file. paste with
pp

I remember I've already tried that but probably it didn't worked because I didn't have xsel installed.
One last thing: if I want to paste that name while renaming another file (so after the command cw) how can I do?
Do I have to create a custom command using xsel -o?
