[Grub 2] Wiped out /boot partition

I did really dumb thing: when writing another Linux distribution side-by-side my Archlinux instalation formated /boot partition, and changed to another distro's /boot.
AFAIK /boot contains Kernel image (which was destroyed).
Is there any way to regenerate kernel put it back and link with other distro Grub2, without reinstalling Archlinux from scratch? Home and root folders of Archlinux are intact. I think the answer is chrooting, but how to do it properly?
