Does GMA950 support VA-API ?

I am trying to understand if I can use HW acceleration with a laptop with gma950.
Is VA-API supported ?
Is the last libva in the repository supporting gma950?

In a word: no.

In a few more words: LOL, no. GMA950 is oooooooooold. And wasn't particularly good even when it was new. It supports partial mpeg2 decoding with xvmc, but it's such a small part that you'll actually get *more* cpu usage than if you decode everything on the cpu.
