upgrading wifi card and 802.11n [SOLVED]

HI

I did upgrade wifi card in mylaptop.
old one : intel 5100
new one : intel advanced N 6200

here is lspci:

lspci |grep Net
06:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6200 (rev 09)

This new wifi is supporting 802.11n but in list of wifi networks I can not see any of "n" networks

Card is working okay, I am connected to wifi and using net as before.
Using wifi-radat I can see 2.4 and 5 GHz networks and I know there is "n" network on both kinds.

what do you think?
do I need to enable 802.11N somehow?

You don't usually have to enable it, no. But you can force the driver to use it. Have a look at

modinfo iwlwifi

for appropriate options.
Maybe the "b/g" is an option preset hidden somewhere in connection settings of the tool you use to bring it up. Re-loading the driver without any options and connecting manually might help to test that.
