Hey,
as the title says: Some letters are over each other.
The problem doesn't appear if I am using the command lp or lpr.
Also it doesn't make any difference if I am printing to PDF or on a real printer.
Haven't found any error or warning in the cups log.
System is up to date.
Best Regards

Hi,
I'm new here. I did a fresh install of Arch x86_64 (using only systemd) with GNOME 3
and have the same issue:
When printing a PDF that contains formulas from evince the output is a complete mess.
It also doesn't make a difference if I print to PDF or a real printer.
Simple PDFs that only contain text work fine.
The PDFs i used seemed to have all the fonts implemented (I checked it with pdffonts)
I have installed the package evince-3.4.0-1
Printing with epdfviewer works fine.
Kind Regards

Hey,
I haven't paid much attention into this problem lastly. Found a similar thread, but I am not sure if it's the same problem: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=148446.
I will wait till gnome 3.6 moves to stable and then I will try if the problem still exists.
Best Regards

Today I upgraded to Evince 3.6.1.
The problem seems to be solved.
