Arch-Based Distro Rebranding?

I'm thinking of building a distro based on Arch, sharing the repos except for a select few packages (e.g., archlinux-artwork, etc.). Which files (both on the CD and on the installed system) should I change for rebranding purposes?

I'm pretty sure things like /etc/issue need to be changed, but I don't know what all files to change.
