Allan's (full) name plus "Arch sucks" is really an anagram:

which I gather is an acceptance of the the grattutide and a request to have his vehicle washed in return ... but I don't know who Marl is.
Though I wouldn't take this too far, as it is also another anagram:

... I don't think fakel was trying to be that friendly.
