[solved] Wacom Bamboo MTE-450 Tablet: can't set arrow buttons (# 8/9)

I can set

xsetwacom set "Wacom Bamboo pad" Button N "KEY x"

where N is 1-7 (else "Invalid offset into Wacom Button Actions property.").

However, only FN1 and FN2 will work. The top row buttons "<" and ">" don't do anything.

EDIT: I was told that it was fixed in a newer version, so I installed https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=32033, rebooted and it worked.
