[Solved] xorg-server 1.12.3 breaks EmulateWheel

I ran a pacman update last night, upgrading xorg-server from 1.12.2 to 1.12.3. After rebooting, my EmulateWheel setting no longer scrolls vertically. A test with xev shows no buttons being called when trying to use the emulated wheel vertically, but horizontal movement shows button events 6 and 7 as expected.

Using the xinput command, I changed the emulated wheel buttons for vertical scrolling to button 1 and 2, and those produced events in xev. I also tried switching the horizontal and vertical (making scrolling up and down press 6 and 7, left and right 4 and 5); the 6 and 7 buttons still worked, but 4 and 5 were never pressed.

For the record, my mouse is a Kensington Slimblade Trackball.

edit: Appears to be fixed with xorg-server 1.12.4

Just as a confirmation, downgrading xorg-server and xorg-server-common back to 1.12.2 fixes the issue.

Same issue. When I hold the configured button the cursor stops moving, as expected, but it doesn't scroll, neither vertically nor horizontally.
