Krunner crashed

My krunner crashed for months.
I have updated all packages, but the problem remains.

Here is the output in console:

I have had the same problem with various kde applications; right now it is kget which simply refuses to start:

QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created. You should not do that since it most likely will not work

I have tried everything I can think of, save reinstalling the entire kde, without success. As noted above, this problem has come and gone with several kde applications over the last two years, but I have never seen an explanation or a solution. Perhaps a full kde reinstall will work - for a while...
