parisync - rsync- & aria2c-based pacman sync downloader script

I wanted to make use of the rsync mirrors so I wrote Parisync:

Check the link for a full description along with some example scripts.

I have added support for external database downloaders to Paconky so that it can be used with Parisync scripts. That way rsync can be used to check for database updates at regular intervals, which should be more efficient than the built-in pyalpm update checker.

As always, comments, questions, etc. are welcome.
