Firewire iSight with Skype?

Hi all,

is there a way to access the firewire Apple iSight from Skype? I use ArchLinux on a PC, not a Mac! I installed v4l and v4l-utils!

The kernel seems to recognize a firewire device:

[ 3.370817] firewire_ohci 0000:03:0e.0: added OHCI v1.10 device as card 0, 4 IR + 8 IT contexts, quirks 0x2
[ 3.869832] firewire_core 0000:03:0e.0: created device fw0: GUID 001f7f03001c6f65, S400
[ 3.871206] firewire_core 0000:03:0e.0: phy config: new root=ffc1, gap_count=5
[ 6.879617] firewire_core 0000:03:0e.0: created device fw1: GUID 000a270004132fbe, S400

But in Skype no video device is found! Any hints?

Thx!
Chris
