If Ubuntu's Grub config generation scripts aren't picking up Arch Linux's kernels, then it's a problem with Ubuntu's Grub config generation scripts.

Does ubuntu have os-prober enabled by default?

It's installed, i run grub-mkconf and it detect only ubuntu kernels. How do i check if its enable in the grub.mkconf process?

I will try by the ubuntu forum.

The other alternative is to let archlinux-grub2 assume the boot process. Can i reconfigure with a usb Archlinux?

Probably easier just to let Arch handle it, assuming it detects Ubuntu (Never tried)
From the USB boot, just chroot into your installed arch, and install Grub from there.
