[SOLVED] Failed../usr/lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper

Failed to execute program /usr/lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper: Permission denied

...Getting that after /lib update.

I *think it is what is causing my gnome to fail.

The log also has

Failed to execute program /usr/lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper: Success

Successful at failing?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: so /lib update (or me) changed group of file to root.

so

pacman -Qo /lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper

revealed dbus-core. after reinstalling that, permissions were root:dbus, and gnome worked
