Hi all,
after following the instructions in the arch wiki page on Bluetooth, 'hictool scan' outputs "Device is not available". According to the wiki page, that might be because I should switch my bluetooth mode from HID to HCI with the hid2hci program (since I have a dell studio laptop). So far so good, but to run hid2hci I need to know the device path of my bluetooth device. In this forum post, someone suggests to use the output of lsusb to get the device path. However, my bluetooth device is not external (so, it won't show in the lsusb output). I can use lspci to find my wireless device, but I don't know how to use the output of lpsci (or dmesg) to find the its device path. So, my question is: does anyone know how I can find the device path of my bluetooth device without using lsusb?
Thanks!
