SD card impossible to use completely

Hello,

Few years ago I bought a 4GB Transcend SD card for my car radio. I used Ubuntu and gparted listed the partition as "raw", but I was able to write on all the space and my car radio could read everything.
After that I decided to format it in fat32 to can add musics with Windows... It was a very bad idea.

Now on Linux I can create a 4GB fat32 partition, but Windows freezes if I insert it in my laptop's card reader and my car radio says it's empty.
The best I can do is format the card on Windows through an old card-readers: the partition is limited to 1GB but it works on my car radio - gparted lists errors on it.

So what should I do? Here is the mbr as gparted creates it:

I planned to merge them but I don't see how it's possible with that.
