Networks adapter do not go UP (Dell xps)

Hi all, I installed arch x86_64 on my new Dell xps 15 laptop and I have no network. I do not why but when i try to change the status of the wireless to "UP" it do nothing. I follow wiki entry but nothing happen, not even and error. I have the same problem with the ethernet but i do not care so much, for now.
