Libvirt connection does not support interface management

In VMM, when I go to Edit->Connection Details, and then click on the "Network Interfaces" tab, I get the error message in the title.

Trying to use the virsh command gives this:
[me@mycomp /tmp/libvirt]$ virsh iface-list
error: Failed to list active interfaces
error: this function is not supported by the connection driver: virConnectNumOfInterfaces

I've been searching around, but I can't find any thing pointing to how I could enable this functionality.

Re: Libvirt connection does not support interface management

i did a little digging and these are my findings:

according to libvirt-users@redhat.com
there is a bug related to this issue.

but also that libvirtd should be complied with "--with-netcf"

i've changed the log level of libvirtd and i found that it cant use virConnectNumOfInterfaces

i edited libvirt PKGBUILD from abs and re-packaging it with "--with-netcf"
nothing changed !

I didnt have the time to use git version of libvirt.
So till the next version ... we have to be patient.
