Screen goes off when booting install media

I would like to try Arch so following the wiki i made a bootable usb with disk imager (from win 7) to install 2012.08.04 arch linux on my pc
But when selecting arch from grub the screen goes off after loading the kernel.
My pc has:
- intel i7
- 8gb of ram
- asus sabertooth p67
- nvidia gtx 560
- 2 screens (1 hdmi, 1 dvi)

any help?

try without modesetting, add 'nomodeset' to the kernel line.
