I have downloaded the "archlinux-2012.07.15-netinstall-dual.iso" . i have read the new-netinstall-installation process of the Arch-wiki and i tried to install the fresh-installation of this netinstall-dual.iso.
During installation process-
"#pacstrap /mnt base base-devel"
(downloaded the all updates. but when installing, then i see the polpular Arch- problem of glibc-lib conflicts.---)
glibc conflicts /mnt/lib , error: no package to install.
many Arch-related blog describes that this bug is related to Arch-core-installation.
so, Arch-core.iso has been removed from Arch-download site.
But, i found that this bug is still persistent in new netinstall.iso. And there is no description about it in Arch-wiki -installation guide.
i think that the old Arch-core.iso was better than this netinstall-dual.iso.
i have to do fresh-installation with x86_64 option of archlinux-2012.07.15-netinstall. so,please somebody reply-how to fix this conflicts during netinstall-installation.

I have downloaded the "archlinux-2012.07.15-netinstall-dual.iso"...
A couple days ago a new installation media was released (2012.08.04). You may have better luck with that one. I believe the installation process is the same.

I did not have the problem. Maybe your mirror is out of sync? (I can't believe how often I have said this today )

I was doing fresh installation with new netinstall media without formatting/erasing old Arch core(2011.08.19) installed system.
And it is the cause of glibc-lib conflict problem during netinstall..
now solved & there is no problem with "archlinux-2012.07.15-netinstall-media"
