MacbookPro 8,1 'pacstrap: command not found while' configuring network

I'm installing that latest version of the installer on my MacBook Pro following the Beginner's Guide.
After going through the motions of installing the base system (using pacstrap like it says in the guide), I go through and configure the system as it should be. After that, when the guide asks to install the wireless_tools and the netcfg packages, I use pacstap and it returns the 'command not found' error. I've tried this twice and it's come to the same thing. I'm pretty sure this is an error on my part though and not a bug. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Anything to help fix this?

If you're running pacstrap in chrooted environment it obviously won't work. You need to exit to installation media root and then run pacstrap.

I did chroot though.
It didn't find pacstrap even in a chrooted environment. It had worked previously too.
