Problem with ObjectAid Class Diagram (Eclipse plugin)

Problem:
- Run Eclipse as a common user.
- Create project for ObjectAid testing.
- Add Class Diagram to java project package.
- Open it.
- IDE hangs up and most GUI Widgets do not respond.
- The same result under the root.
System:
Arch Linux 3.4.9-1 + KDE 4.9.00
JDK:
Oracle JDK 7.6
JRE:
Oracle JRE 7.6
IDE:
Eclipse 4.2.0 (Juno)
Installed Software:
ObjectAid Class Diagram 1.0.9
GEF 3.8.0 (required for ObjectAid)
Draw2d 3.8.0 (required for ObjectAid)
Zest 1.4.0 (required for ObjectAid)
Eclipse SDK 4.2.0
Details:
1. I installed Ubuntu 12.04 on VrtualBox.
2. I installed Eclipse Juno with ObjectAid Class Diagram and required plugins.
3. Result: ObjectAid works under Ubuntu.
4. After that I decided to test ObjectAid under Arch Linux with GNOME Desktop
Environment (Why not?). Result: ObjectAid does not work.
5. I discovered another interesting behavior. When I try to close IDE after
some action is done on the frozen Class Diagram, dialog box appears with
question "Exit? Bla-bla-bla..." and result of action also appears. (Before that, I just kill Eclipse process)

Maybe somebody faced with this problem and knows the solution?

I wrote to ObjectAid support and figured out that it's not ObjectAid' fault. Look at this https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=354842. It's a native method issue.
