Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables CINNAMON_CFLAGS
and CINNAMON_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Please help

Why are you running autogen.sh?

As per the wiki:

makepkg -s

EDIT: looks like that package requires deps from the AUR, notably muffin-wm. Pacman won't be install these for you, so you'll need to compile+install them first before running makepkg -s.

You could just use a pacman wrapper like yaourt and then do "yaourt -S cinnamon". It will pull in all deps.

Re: [solved]Problem installing cinnamon

I have Cinnamon installed, its the easiest thing to do if you have Yaourt installed. Just type

 $ yaourt -S cinnamon

Then answer the questions that will pop up (I did NOT edit anything from the PKGBUILD or the install script, everything went just fine with the default settings).
