transfer a file over bluetooth? any command like scp to do this?

I was wondering... if I have two bluetooth devices (computers)... Can I transfer a file from one to another like I would with scp or netcat? Is there any command line tool to do this?

Can I do it somehow using mtp (media transfer protocol)?
