journald and Magic SysRq key

Yesterday I've noticed, that when restarting (frozen) system using SysRq-key sequence 'REISUB', journald doesn't flush it's logs to disk, even if I have 'Storage=persistent' in /etc/systemd/journald.conf. I guess journald flushes to disk only when 'systemd-journal-flush.service' is started, but not when journald receives SIGINT signal.
Is it a bug or is there some workaround (some other SysRq combination I don't know)?
