Xorg 7.0 RC0

It looks like the X.org crew has been doing a lot of slimming down. This modularization (sp?) of the X server is definitely something I've been waiting for... Dang, I can't wait to see what 7.0 final will be like.

(Strangely, the "extra" directory, which contained libdrm, Mesa, and some other stuff, has vanished since I last checked. :-? )

Uhh... holy crap. That massive zooming in is something.

(Mind, a Radeon 9000 is a pretty powerful video card. I'd be more interested in seeing them pull that off with Intel's i915 stuff, or something.)

Not too shabby, but hasn't exposity (sp? - hacked metacity) been able to do that for a while? It's a bit too much for my tastes though, but definitely cool.
