Not able to configure wifi network

Hi! I installed arch linux today only. while installing i was able to connect to my wifi router using the command

wifi-menu

but after installing it doesn't recognize the command. what should i do to connect to wifi router?
Also tell me a way to install openbox or any other window manager by downloading the package files from other computer and then installing it on my arch laptop. btw, my card is broadcom bcm4313 and i use a cedar-trail netbook.
Please reply fast!!!!! Its urgent!!!!!!!!!!!

wifi-menu is a part of the netcfg package. If you did not install it, you don't have it. Now you can either establish the connection using the ip, iw... and wpa_supplicant tools manually or download the packages netcfg, dialog and ncurses manually on an usb stick and install them with pacman -U package.pkg.tar.gz
You can find the download in the package database
Your third option is to boot with the install medium again, connect to the internet, mount you arch installation, chroot and install netcfg.

Thanks man! chroot worked. i also managed to install openbox but still touchpad is not recognised. what should i do?

Apparently netcfg has been deprecated, and replaced with netctl FWIW
