Cannot send to channel in IRC you are banned [Solved]

Please  i enjoy chillaxing in the IRC channel ,i learn a shedload from these guys , ive never spammed or broken any rules,.   seems a mod is banning by IP and not cleaned the banlist as i see this happening to others , please advise.  i am registered and identified ..

I might move this to Wiki and Forums discussion.  I am not doing so as yet, because it really does not belong there either.

Unfortunately, the forum moderators are not the mail list moderators and we have no privileges over there.  They may see this thread.

He's still in the bans list. /me doesn't understand.

cirrus should message an #archlinux op. Like ewaller said, a forum mod can't help much.
