[CLOSED] hard drive not found, keyboard not working, can't boot

Hello everyone!

What happened is, that i wanted to upgrade the system, and there was the issue with glibc, so i followed the directions of the thread, which said to uninstall all packages that require /lib, update the system and then reinstall these packages. for me that was only the package udev-compat, so i uninstalled it, updated the system (worked! yay) and wanted to reinstall it, but couldn't find it on yaourt. so i looked up what the package is for and it said (or at least i understood it like that) that it is so that older kernels would work better, but as i just installed my arch some months ago i thought i could as well just leave it if i didn't find it. the system worked fine to that point.

now since i first restarted the pc after this i only get this screen when i start:

: : running early hook [udev]
: : running hook [udev]
: : triggering uevents ...
waiting 10 seconds for device /dev/sda2 ...
ERROR: device '/dev/sda2' not found. Skipping fsck.
ERROR: unable to find root device '/dev/sda2'.
you are being dropped to a recovery shell
Type 'exit' to try and continue booting
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
[rootfs /]#

and the keyboard isn't working, doesn't even get any power (no lights), plugging it off and on doesn't work.

So, as i'm quite new to linux, i wanted to ask if there's a way to install that package or one that does the same thing through a boot cd or maybe just copy the files on the hard disk? and if yes, what package would that be? i've already been searching on google for hours, maybe i've been looking for the wrong thing, but i tried my best and i hope you can help me without getting all angry at me if you do find something smile

thanks!

EDIT: After almost a month without an answer i guess i'll just reinstall my arch..
