[SOLVED] there is no eth0 on travelmate 8172t

hi there
i'm trying to install arch linux with 2012 09 07 installation iso on my travelmate 8172t , but the installation iso did not create eth0 for my laptop , i've check kernel module
tg3 module was loaded , and lspci -v did show the ethernet card infomation correctly , but i can't find eth0 with command ifconfig
here is the broadcom network card module , bcm57760 , please help , thanks

what is the output of

ip addr

?

there is lo only with command ip addr and nothing else

ok , thank you , it work
