Problem with Nvidia propriety drivers and ttys

I have the nvidia propriety drivers installed and when i open a new virtual console with ctrl-alt-F1-12 all the consoles say:

Waiting for udev events to be processed    [BUSY]

Does anyone know how to make the consoles work as they should?

This message also prints when you first start up right? Does it finish and go away then? It seems like this is a bug in initscripts. You can try reporting it, but the devs might just say to use systemd.

Great things come in tar.xz packages.

Hi,
F8-F12 ? as far as i know its not set up by default, did you modified the init? Can you post some startup logs + what's in the /etc/inittab?
PS: I have nvidia proprietary driver, but i have never seen this problem.

Yes it's there when I start up as well as when i shut down. It never goes away I'm booted into XFCE as usual, but the message remain in all my terminals.

F8-F12 was not set by me. I wasn't aware that wasn't default behaviour. Heres my inittab and my boot log. Should I post some other log?
