Archweb sqlite error

Hey devs,

I am trying to set up archweb locally to work on some bugs fixes but when I follow the instructions on the README I am getting exceptions like the one here:

According to the README I can use sqlite. Is this outdated?
Do we suppose to create manually the indexes?
