Second network card not working - Tenda tel9901

Hi,

I've just bought a Tenda tel9901 so that I could set up this machine as a router. but the first problem came up as soon as I pluged the card in and turned on the PC.

here's my lspci

going through the wiki i'm not sure what to do ... it say i need to load the module the correct module and it's loaded:

but I still can't use the device.
