fn-keys stopped working on Samsung Series 5 Ultra

Hi,

for some reason the fn-keys kind of stopped working on my notebook. In the keyboard shortcut menu, I can see that e.g. the volume keys are correctly recognized as "Audio rise volume", "Audio lower volume", etc.. But they won't have any effect on the actual volume. Same goes with the brightness buttons. No reaction anymore.

Any hints?
