[Solved][Gnome 3.6.1]Strange characters in the interface

I have a strange problem with fonts and accents in Gnome interface 3.6.1, I can not explain this very well, so I hope these pictures describe it better.

Where should I look for the source of this problem?

cberoiza ~ $ env | grep LANG
LANG=es_CL.utf8
GDM_LANG=es_CL.utf8

cberoiza ~ $ cat /etc/locale.conf 
LANG=es_CL.utf8

cberoiza ~ $ cat /etc/locale.gen
es_CL.UTF-8 UTF-8  
es_CL ISO-8859-1

It's a bug on upstream harfbuzz. harfbuzz-git from aur solve this issue.
