Hi all,
I've done fresh installation of the latest arch x86_64 for dual boot with Win7.
After reboot and I don't have internet connection.
I installed the same way for different machine with arch only boot and it does have internet connection.
I've noticed there was no data in resolve.conf for dual boot pc, so I rebooted and copied resolve.conf to the system, but still no internet connection.
Please point me if there's any same problem solved in forum or give me an advice where should I look at.
Thanks,
oscar

When you set up the internet when you install, this has no effect on your actual system. You must configure the network again.`

Thanks. I wonder I didn't do anything for my another machine. I had internet on that right after I have rebooted system after fresh install...

Initscripts maybe... ethernet... since I am not familiar with either of your systems, I cannot answer this.

As I understand, the latest arch uses systemd by default, so there's no need installing initscripts and in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … e_internet nothing said I have to configure network as I'm using DHCP.

Hi!
It seems I don't even have ...
Isn't it installed by default?
I have ifcgf command, which gives no output, instead, it asks parameters to add/dell new address
